Integration Programmes by Autonomous Communities

Fundación Diagrama carries out Socio-Occupational Integration Programmes across the various autonomous communities of Spain, directed towards those people who are at risk of social exclusion, in collaboration with the different administrations and educational centres of each province. The goal is to support socio-occupational integration, through personalised intervention plans, guidance, and support throughout the process of integration. These actions are comprised of orientation, occupational and personal training, and internships with organisations with a view to recruitment.
