Fundación Diagrama is committed to transparency in all of its activities, in accordance with Act 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information, and Good Governance, which was published in the BOE (Official State Gazette), number 295, on the 10th of December, 2013.
Diagrama’s transparency policy ensures that its users and any groups concerned have access to information which is relevant, sufficient, thorough and trustworthy, pertaining to the objectives, methods, activities, criteria and results obtained (measurable, verifiable and comparable results) during the intervention process.
Periodically, Fundación Diagrama makes all of its information accessible to public administrations, as well as to the general public; this includes institutional, organisational, economic and planning information which may be required to ensure appropriate checks are made and its activities are well supervised. This includes both the presentation of its annual activity report to the relevant authorities, and the external audit of its accounts regarding all public bidding and subvention processes from that year.
